Volleyball Recap: Lebo Comes Up Short

Lebo was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wheatland-Grinnell Thunderhawks. The Wolves were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Thunderhawks apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2023.

Lebo's loss dropped their record down to 7-17-1. As for Wheatland-Grinnell, the victory snapped their losing streak at four matches and leaves them with a 13-12 record.

Coming up, Lebo will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Waverly. Wheatland-Grinnell has already played their next match (against Dighton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
