Football Recap: Velma Jackson Piles Up the Points Against Jefferson County

After only 13 points in their last contest, Velma Jackson made sure to put some points up on the board against Jefferson County on Friday. The Falcons breezed past the Tigers to the tune of 34-6. With the Falcons ahead 21-0 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

Demontre Strange was nothing short of spectacular: he rushed for 84 yards and a pair of scores on only six carries, and also threw for 51 yards and two TDs. Trevon Willis was in the mix too, providing Velma Jackson with two touchdowns.
