Lansing scaled the state rankings by moving to 235 from 276 this week, the biggest jump in Section 4 C Division IV. The Bobcats climbed the ranks as a result of topping Charles O. Dickerson 54-20.

Waverly took down Edison 46-6 last week, the largest margin of any game. Peyton Miller threw for 161 yards and 4 touchdowns in the win.

Miller and Jake Hogan gave the Wolverines a balanced attack through the air and ground last week. Teammate Joe Peters added to the ground attack by rushing for 88 yards.

Miller and Hogan gave Waverly a balanced attack in passing and rushing last week.

Hogan was the most successful running back in the league this week. He ran for 95 yards on 13 carries as Jason Miller's team fell to Chenango Forks.

Alan Davis provided a threat through the air and on the ground as the Lions fell to the Blue Devils. He completed 17 passes for 267 yards and 2 touchdowns and also ran for 34 yards. Davis' key target this week was McHerron, who caught 7 passes for 184 yards.

Miller put up the best numbers in passing as the Wolverines beat the Spartans. Miller's favorite target this week was Dylan Perry, who caught 3 passes for 64 yards.

He went 10-12 with 0 interception.

McHerron was the best wideout in the league this week as Dryden fell to Chenango Forks. Stuart Stahlman helped Dryden's passing attack out by catching 6 balls for 40 yards.

Waverly's Miller and Perry have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading Section 4 C Division IV in both passing and receiving yards. Miller has thrown for 579 yards this season, while Perry, a 6-foot-0 receiver, has 16 catches for 320 yards. Dan Fink's team's Davis leads the league in rushing yards with 291.

Lansing made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 7,507 from 8,407. They were able to move up in the ranks after a 54-20 victory over the Blue Raiders last week.
