Academic Magnet is a perfect 3-0 against Lucy Beckham since February of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Academic Magnet Raptors are taking a road trip to challenge the Lucy Beckham Bengals at 7:00 p.m. Academic Magnet is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

Last Friday, Academic Magnet was able to grind out a solid win over Summerville, taking the game 3-1. Given the Raptors' advantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked fourth, while the Green Wave are ranked 58th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lucy Beckham). They never let Westwood get on the board and left with an 11-0 victory on Friday. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Bengals with their most commanding win of the season.

The win made it two in a row for Lucy Beckham and bumps their season record up to 3-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 14 goals over those two matchups. As for Academic Magnet, their record is now 4-0.

Academic Magnet came out on top in a nail-biter against Lucy Beckham in their previous meeting last Saturday, sneaking past 2-1. Does Academic Magnet have another victory up their sleeve, or will Lucy Beckham turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
