Soccer Recap: Indian Springs Comes Up Short

Indian Springs managed to slip by Oak Mountain the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Student came up short against the Eagles on Wednesday, falling 4-0. While losing is never fun, Indian Springs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Alabama soccer rankings (they are ranked 34th, while Oak Mountain are ranked first).

Indian Springs' loss dropped their record down to 14-4-3. As for Oak Mountain, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 27-0.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Indian Springs will welcome Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Oak Mountain, they will square off against Thompson at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
