Baseball Recap: Franklin Gets the Win

Franklin owes their pitching crew a big pat on the back after their performance on Friday. They came out on top against the Tracy Bulldogs by a score of 4-0. The Wildcats haven't had any issues with the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Franklin's victory was truly a team effort as seven different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Dylan Minnatee, who went 1-for-3 with one double.

Franklin's record is now 5-0-1. As for Tracy, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-5.

Looking ahead, Franklin will welcome West Park at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Wildcats' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Panthers have averaged an impressive 10.3 runs per game this season. As for Tracy, they will head out on the road to square off against Liberty at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
