Baseball Game Preview: Parma Panthers vs. Vision

The Parma Panthers will take on Vision at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Parma's last matchup with Nampa Christian could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's game on Thursday. The Panthers came up short against the Trojans, falling 9-1. The loss continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Trojans: they've now lost six in a row.

Parma saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kaden Cole, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.

Meanwhile, Vision was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 17th straight defeat. They lost 10-1 to New Plymouth.

Parma's loss dropped their record down to 9-15. As for Vision, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-17.

Parma was able to grind out a solid win over Vision when the teams last played on Saturday, winning 10-6. Will the Panthers repeat their success, or do Vision have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
