The DSST: Conservatory Green Hornets are taking a road trip to challenge the DSST: Green Valley Ranch Raptors at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with DSST: Conservatory Green sitting on three straight victories and DSST: Green Valley Ranch on four.

On Tuesday, DSST: Conservatory Green got the win against KIPP Denver Collegiate by a conclusive 3-0.

DSST: Conservatory Green was especially dominant in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-14, 25-20.

Meanwhile, DSST: Green Valley Ranch made easy work of Gateway on Monday and carried off a 3-0 win.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant DSST: Green Valley Ranch was: they took every set by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-14, 25-14.

The victory got DSST: Green Valley Ranch back to even at 7-7. As for DSST: Conservatory Green, the win got them back to even at 8-8.

DSST: Conservatory Green beat DSST: Green Valley Ranch 3-1 in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Hornets since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
