Basketball Recap: Stephens County Comes Up Short

Stephens County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 48-34 bruising from the Hart County Bulldogs. While losing is never fun, the Indians can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 404th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 120th).

Stephens County's loss dropped their record down to 3-20. As for Hart County, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-10.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing East Jackson the next time they take the court. Stephens County will host East Jackson at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Hart County will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
