            Baseball Recap: West Campus Warriors vs. Kennedy Cougars        
        
		
        
        
            West Campus was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight  loss. They fell  6-3 to the Kennedy Cougars. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cougars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup  11-1  back in February.

 West Campus saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Maxton Creeger, who  went 2-for-4 with seven  stolen bases, two  RBI,  and one  run. Creeger is becoming a predictor of the Warriors' success: when he posts  at  least two  stolen bases the team is 8-1 (and 4-10 when he doesn't).
West Campus' defeat dropped their record down to 12-11. As for Kennedy,  with the  victory, they broke their 16-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-22.
 Looking ahead, West Campus will be playing at home against Burbank  at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. The Warriors' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Titans have averaged an impressive 8.4  runs per game this season. As for Kennedy, they will head out on the road to  face off against  West Park  at 4:00  p.m.  on Monday. The Cougars' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Panthers have averaged an impressive 11.3  runs per game this season.
