Northport had won five straight games and Kate Beardslee did her part to make it six on Thursday. The Mustangs put the hurt on the Columbia Lions with a sharp 3-0 win thanks in part to Beardslee, who had 11 kills, seven digs, three aces, and one block. She has been hot for a while, having posted five or more kills the last nine times she's played.
