Hamilton entered their tilt with Axtell on Thursday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Longhorns. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Bulldogs have posted since October 8, 2024.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Hamilton who won the one that mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 14-25, 25-15.
