Volleyball Game Preview: Rocktown Raptors vs. William Monroe Dragons + How To Watch

Rocktown is 0-3 against William Monroe since September of 2024 but things could change on Tuesday. The Raptors will challenge the Dragons at 7:00 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Rocktown lost 3-0 to East Rockingham on October 9th.

While Rocktown was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into East Rockingham's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-17, 26-24.

Meanwhile, William Monroe came up short against Harrisonburg on Thursday, falling 3-0.

William Monroe's loss dropped their record down to 11-8. As for Rocktown, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-4.

Rocktown couldn't quite get it done against William Monroe when the teams last played on October 2nd as they fell 3-1. Can the Raptors avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
