Volleyball Recap: Mid Valley Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Mid Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Pittston Patriots.

Mid Valley took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-13, 25-16.

Kate Coviello paced Mid Valley's offense, picking up four kills. Coviello got some help from Olivia Parry and her seven assists. Finally, Krista Demboski kept Mid Valley's defense grounded, leading the team with four blocks.

Mid Valley's loss dropped their record down to 3-15. As for Pittston, their win ended a five-match drought on the road and puts them at 3-8.

Mid Valley has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Mountain View on the 21st. Pittston does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
