Baseball Recap: Laconia Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Laconia and Cedar Grove-Belgium squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Laconia had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Rockets by a score of 5-3.

Laconia's loss dropped their record down to 18-8. As for Cedar Grove-Belgium, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-4 record this season.

As of now, neither Laconia nor Cedar Grove-Belgium have any future games scheduled.
