Volleyball Recap: St. Patrick-St. Vincent's Luck Changes for the Better on Saturday

St. Patrick-St. Vincent can bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Saturday. They came out on top against the Burton Pumas by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Bruins, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

St. Patrick-St. Vincent's victory bumped their record up to 9-17. As for Burton, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season.

St. Patrick-St. Vincent wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Quarry Lane on the 12th. As for Burton, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Galileo at 5:30 p.m. on the 29th.
