Baseball Recap: North Sevier Wolves vs. Lincoln County Lynx
North Sevier won the last time they faced Lincoln County and things went their way on Saturday too. The North Sevier Wolves walked away with a 9-4 win over the Lincoln County Lynx.
Tate Torgerson made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in strikeouts (three). He was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-2.

The victory got North Sevier back to even at 2-2. As for Lincoln County, they now have a losing record of 1-2.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North Sevier will be taking part in a tournament against Millard at 11:00 a.m. on Friday. As for Lincoln County, they will take on Liberty Baptist Academy at 1:00 p.m. on Friday.
