Basketball Recap: Asotin Takes a Loss

Asotin suffered their biggest defeat since December 15, 2023 on Thursday. They took a blow against the Colfax Bulldogs, falling 73-38. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Bulldogs recently, as the team's come up short the last eight times they've met.

Asotin's loss ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-2. As for Colfax, they pushed their record up to 11-1 with the win, which was their 23rd straight at home dating back to last season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Asotin will welcome Freeman at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. Freeman will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Asotin surely won't give up without a fight. As for Colfax, they will host Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
