            Softball Recap: Edward Little Red Eddies vs. Lewiston Blue Devils        
        
		
        
        
            Edward Little came out on top against Lewiston  on Tuesday thanks in part to the team's impressive six-run fourth inning. The Red Eddies put the hurt on the Blue Devils with a sharp  11-1 victory. The  win continues a trend for the Red Eddies in their matchups with the Blue Devils: they've now won four in a row.

 Alexis Kelsea was  incredible,  going 3-for-4 with five  RBI and one  run. Those  five  RBI gave  her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was  Emily Poulin, who  went 2-for-4 with two  runs and two  RBI.
 Edward Little was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .500. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a  batting average of .320 or higher in three consecutive  contests.
Edward Little pushed their record up to 10-6 with the  victory, which was their fourth straight  at home. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 7.8 runs. As for Lewiston, their defeat  ended  a  three-game streak of away wins  and  brought them to 8-8.
As of now, neither Edward Little nor the Blue Devils have any future games scheduled.
