Everything went their way against the Unity Christian Lions as the Cornerstone Christian Eagles made off with a 17-7 victory. The win was familiar territory for the Eagles, who have now won six matchups in a row dating back to last season.

Greyson Hale made a big impact no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and only one walk). Hale was also big at the plate, going 1-for-4 with three RBI, one triple, and one run.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Gage Donaldson, who went 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, three doubles, and three RBI. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in hits.
