Village Tech won the last time they faced Madison and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Viper Squid were the clear victors by an 8-1 margin over the Trojans. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Viper Squid.

Alessandro Ontiveros spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned run on two hits and racked up eight Ks.

On the hitting side, Andrew May was excellent, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 1-for-3. Jesse Martinez also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.

Village Tech's win bumped their record up to 3-8. As for Madison, their loss was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-6.

Village Tech will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Trojans: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
