Soccer Recap: SA Roosevelt Comes Up Short

SA Roosevelt was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They came up short against the Reagan Rattlers, falling 8-0. While losing is never fun, the Rough Riders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 610th, while the Rattlers are ranked 51st).

SA Roosevelt's defeat dropped their record down to 2-14. As for Reagan, their win bumped their record up to 12-3.

Coming up, SA Roosevelt will be playing in front of their home fans against Johnson at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Reagan, they are taking a road trip to square off against Madison at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Reagan is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.6 goals per game this season.
