Baseball Recap: San Jacinto Comes Up Short

San Jacinto was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Temescal Canyon Titans, falling 11-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Titans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 9-0 last Wednesday.

San Jacinto saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Anthony Sherman, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

San Jacinto now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Temescal Canyon, they pushed their record up to 9-1-1 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home.

San Jacinto has already played their next contest, a 7-4 defeat against West Valley on the 19th. As for Temescal Canyon, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 7-1 win against Murrieta Mesa on the 19th.
