Football Game Preview: Hernando Leopards vs. Seminole Warhawks + How To Watch

The Hernando Leopards are taking a road trip to take on the Seminole Warhawks at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Hernando has three straight victories, Seminole has seven straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

Hernando's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They breezed past Citrus to the tune of 43-0. The Leopards pushed the score to 36-0 by the end of the third, a deficit the Hurricanes had no chance of recovering from.

Michael Saltsman was a one-man wrecking crew as he threw for 361 yards and six TDs while picking up 12.4 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 30 yards. Those 361 passing yards gave him a new career-high. Antonio Brown was Saltsman's top target, picking up 132 receiving yards and three scores.

Meanwhile, Seminole scored the most points they've had this season on Friday, but it wasn't enough. They were outmatched by Hollins and fell 40-8. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Warhawks have suffered against the Royals since October 4, 2019.

Seminole's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Hernando, their win bumped their record up to 5-2.
