Volleyball Recap: North Shore Takes a Loss

North Shore was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Clear Brook Wolverines. The match marked the first time this year in which the Mustangs were not able to get on the board.

Zoe Williams paced North Shore's offense, picking up six kills. Williams were helped by Madison Gray and Michele Oviedo, who contributed nine assists each.

North Shore's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Clear Brook, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 6-5.

North Shore has already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Sterling on the 21st. As for Clear Brook, they will square off against Bellaire at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
