After a string of four wins, Albertville's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hartselle Tigers. If the Aggies were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Tigers when the teams met back in August of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Hartselle can attribute much of their success to Taylor Reaviel, who had 15 digs. That's the most digs Reaviel has posted over her last six matchups.

Albertville's loss dropped their record down to 22-14. As for Hartselle, the victory (which was their 14th in a row) raised their record to 35-10.

Albertville has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against New Hope on the 6th. As for Hartselle, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Huntsville on the 4th.
