Football Recap: Lost River Skates Past Rogue River with Ease + How To Watch

Lost River waltzed into their contest on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They claimed a resounding 51-6 victory over the Rogue River Chieftains. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Raiders' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Oregon football rankings (they are ranked fourth, while the Chieftains are ranked 40th).

Lost River's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Eugene Dunlea, who rushed for 208 yards and one touchdown on only 11 carries, and also caught one score. With that strong performance, Dunlea is now averaging an impressive 109.8 rushing yards per game. Kyle Diaz was another key signal caller, throwing for 80 yards and four TDs.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Lost River was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 343 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 161 rushing yards in three consecutive games.

Lost River's win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Rogue River, their defeat was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-4.
