After soaring to 38  points the game before, Poinciana was a bit more limited  in their  matchup  on Thursday. They took  a  24-6 bruising from the Timber Creek Wolves. Despite 193 more yards than the Wolves, the Eagles couldn't convert that extra yardage to scores.
When it comes to explaining why Poinciana lost, don't look at  Terrell Jones. Despite the final result, he rushed for 115 yards and one  TD on only five carries, and also threw for 118 yards  on 11 of 22 attempts. The Eagles also got help from  Chance Frazier, who showed off his sure hands for 113  receiving yards.
