The Christ Prep Academy Patriots suffered their closest loss yet this season on Thursday. They fell just short of Wyandotte by a score of 29-26. Christ Prep Academy was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Wyandotte apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January of 2023.

Wyandotte's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Ar'naja Rogers, who scored nine points. The team also got some help courtesy of Promise Burton, who scored four points along with three steals.

Christ Prep Academy has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost six of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-8 record this season. As for Wyandotte, their victory ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-7.

Christ Prep Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Wyandotte will head out on the road to take on Southeast at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Southeast is coming into the contest on a five-game losing streak.
