Aloha hasn't had much luck against Jesuit recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Warriors will venture away from home to face off against the Crusaders at 5:00 p.m. Aloha is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.3 runs per game this season.

Mountainside hit Aloha with a four-run first inning on Wednesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Warriors lost 9-1 to the Mavericks.

Chiyori Brumley spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered six earned (and three unearned) runs on ten hits and racked up seven Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Aloha saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Sophia Rider, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one double.

Meanwhile, Jesuit waltzed into their game on Friday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They put the hurt on the Beavers with a sharp 11-1 win. The Crusaders might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matches by six runs or more this season.

Aloha's loss dropped their record down to 12-10. As for Jesuit, their victory bumped their record up to 19-5.

Aloha might still be hurting after the 11-4 defeat they got from Jesuit in their previous meeting two weeks ago. Can the Warriors avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
