Basketball Recap: St. Maries Comes Up Short

St. Maries was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They were beaten by the Kootenai Warriors 48-13. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lumberjacks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 41-12 back in December of 2024.

St. Maries' defeat dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Kootenai, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-11.

St. Maries does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Kootenai has already played their next contest (against Mullan), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
