Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Parry McCluer). They blew past the William Campbell Generals 83-56 on Thursday. The win was nothing new for the Fighting Blues as they're now sitting on six straight.

Parry McCluer has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.3 points per game. As for William Campbell, they dropped their record down to 2-11 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Parry McCluer will square off against Eastern Montgomery at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for William Campbell, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Gretna at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Gretna knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully William Campbell likes a good challenge.
