It was a good run, but Aggieland HomeSchool unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to San Antonio Patriots HomeSchool. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against San Antonio Patriots HomeSchool this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 last Saturday.

Andrew Ontko paced Aggieland HomeSchool's offense, picking up ten kills. Ontko got some help from Calvin Whipple and his 24 assists. Finally, Mick Parker kept Aggieland HomeSchool's defense grounded, leading the team with two blocks.

Aggieland HomeSchool's loss dropped their record down to 9-2. As for San Antonio Patriots HomeSchool, the victory was the ninth in a row (dating back to last season) for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Aggieland HomeSchool and San Antonio Patriots HomeSchool will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matches. The next time the Panthers see the court they'll take on Kinkaid at 6:30 p.m. on September 2. As for San Antonio Patriots HomeSchool, their break will end when they face St. Andrew's at 7:00 p.m. on September 9.
