It was a proper cat-fight when Greenfield challenged Lockwood on Thursday. The Wildcats blew past the Tigers 3-0. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 3-2 win last Thursday.

Kayleigh Back paced Greenfield's offense, picking up 16 kills. Back got some help from Drew Miller and her 36 assists. Back was also solid from the service line: she led the team with nine aces.

The victory made it two in a row for Greenfield and bumps their season record up to 19-9-7. As for Lockwood, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 20-13-2 record this season.

Greenfield wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against New Heights Christian Academy on the 27th. Lockwood does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
