While Boca Raton's win against Royal Palm Beach wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Bobcats sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over the Wildcats on Thursday. The win was nothing new for the Bobcats as they're now sitting on three straight.

Dylan Zidar made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Zidar was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one double.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Chase Crawford, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two RBI, one run, and one double.

Boca Raton's record now sits at 7-1. As for Royal Palm Beach, their loss dropped their record down to 4-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Boca Raton will take on West Boca Raton at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Royal Palm Beach, they will challenge Santaluces at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
