             Toombs County suffered their biggest  defeat since September 5th on Tuesday. They lost  3-0 to the Savannah Christian Raiders. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Bulldogs haven't been shut out since  back in September.
 The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-12,  25-10.
 Savannah Christian found their leader in underclassman  Carinne Cason, who  had four  digs and four  aces. That's the most  aces  Cason has posted  in her last 12  matchups.  Laney Westbrook was another key player,  getting three  digs and 18  assists.
 The  loss snapped Toombs County's losing streak at six games  and leaves them with a 11-13 record. As for Savannah Christian, their win was  their 18th straight at home dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 28-9.
 Toombs County wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  game,  a  3-0  defeat against Savannah Country Day on the 9th. As for Savannah Christian, they also  didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  match,  a  3-0  victory against St. Vincent's on the 9th.
