Grace Shedlock was a major factor in Traverse City West's win over Big Rapids on Monday. Shedlock wasn't messing around, striking out six batters over 3.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits (and only one walk). The pitching appearance was her third straight with two or fewer walks.
