Soccer Recap: Borrego Springs Takes a Loss

Borrego Springs lost against Vincent Memorial back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Borrego Springs Rams lost 5-1 to the Vincent Memorial Scots. The Rams were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 4-1.

Their goal came courtesy of Christopher Alcaraz, who's now up to three this season.

Borrego Springs has traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season. As for Vincent Memorial, the win got them back to even at 5-5-1.

Borrego Springs didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 6-1 victory against Calipatria on the 17th. Vincent Memorial has also already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Palo Verde Valley on the 17th.
