It was a proper cat-fight when Plainfield North duked it out with Oswego on Tuesday. The Plainfield North Tigers were the clear victor by a 62-40 margin over the Oswego Panthers. Given the Tigers' advantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 102nd, while the Panthers are ranked 255th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Plainfield North's victory bumped their record up to 20-10. As for Oswego, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 14-18.
