Recap: Watson Chapel Wildcats vs. White Hall Bulldogs
This season hasn't been kind to The Watson Chapel Wildcats, who are still winless after their tenth game. They were outmatched by White Hall on the road and fell 56-14. Watson Chapel has struggled against White Hall recently, as their matchup on Friday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
White Hall was led to victory by Noah Smith and Jayden Smith. Smith rushed for 62 yards and a touchdown, while Smith rushed for 101 yards and two touchdowns on only seven carries. Smith is on a roll when it comes to rushing yards, as he's now rushed for 100 or more in the last three games he's played.
Watson Chapel's defeat was their 11th straight on the road (dating back to last season), which dropped their overall record down to 0-10. Admittedly, the team was facing some tough opposition over that stretch, including 14-1 Ouachita Christian and 10-2 Mills University Studies (their opponents had an average overall winning percentage of 60.2% over those games). As for White Hall, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-6.
Watson Chapel does not have any more games scheduled as of now. White Hall also has no future games currently scheduled.
