Shreveport HomeSchool Sports lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Patrick Bennett, who scored 19 points along with five rebounds. That was a full 48.7% of Shreveport HomeSchool Sports' points, marking the third time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Aidan Armstrong, who scored nine points along with 11 rebounds.
Acadiana Christian's win bumped their record up to 15-7. As for Shreveport HomeSchool Sports, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 15-14.
Acadiana Christian will head out on the road to face off against Bishop Noland Episcopal Day at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Bishop Noland Episcopal Day presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Acadiana Christian in Louisiana (Bishop Noland Episcopal Day is ranked 98th, while Acadiana Christian is ranked 213th).
