Basketball Recap: Providence Comes Up Short

Providence saw some tournament action on Saturday. They lost 69-44 to the Archbishop Mitty Monarchs. The Pioneers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Providence's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.

Coming up, Providence will venture away from home to take on de Toledo at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Archbishop Mitty, they will square off against Cornerstone Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. The Monarchs will need to watch out since the Cougars have now posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
