Hornell suffered a letdown when it was bounced from the state Top 25 this week after beating Haverling. The Red Raiders had been ranked 20th, but fell to 28.

Hornell extended the longest winning streak in Section 5 Livingston I this week by beating the Rams, 48-28. This was the team's seventh consecutive win.

Wellsville's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Lions feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Dusty Baldwin has thrown for 633 yards and seven touchdowns this season, while Rich Ewell has 11 catches for 273 yards. Tyler Brion leads the league in rushing with 254 yards.

Haverling made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 5,888 from 6,261. The improvement was the result of 48-28 victory over Wayne Carroll's team last week.
