Basketball Recap: National Trail Comes Up Short

National Trail was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 47-38 to the Twin Valley South Panthers. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Blazers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 48-31 back in January.

National Trail now has a losing record at 9-10. As for Twin Valley South, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 12-8.

National Trail didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 54-22 loss against Newton Local on the 6th. Twin Valley South has also already played their next contest, a 51-43 defeat against Tri-Village on the 6th.
