Softball Recap: Williamson Marauders vs. East Rochester Bombers
Williamson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat. They came up short against the East Rochester Bombers, falling 19-7. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Bombers this season, with their most recent loss being a 14-3 defeat on May 4th.
Olivia Bearce and Reagan Mohanlall stepped up to the plate in a big way. Bearce went 2-for-3 with two doubles and one run, while Mohanlall got on base in three of her four plate appearances with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI. Those doubles were Bearce's first of the season.
Williamson's loss dropped their record down to 1-20. As for East Rochester, the win got them back to even at 8-8.
As of now, neither Williamson nor the Bombers have any future games scheduled.
