Cypress Ranch is 9-1 against Cypress Park since March of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Cypress Ranch Mustangs will venture away from home to take on the Cypress Park Tigers at 7:00 p.m. Cypress Ranch will be strutting in after a win while Cypress Park will be coming in after a loss.

Cypress Ranch is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They blew past Cypress Springs 13-6 on Wednesday. Considering the Mustangs have won seven matchups by more than six runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, Cypress Park came up short against Cypress Lakes on Wednesday and fell 4-1.

Cypress Park saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was David Sandoval, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2. That stolen base was Sandoval's first of the season.

Even though they lost, Cypress Park hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now struck out at most five strikeouts in four consecutive contests.

Cypress Ranch has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That somehow still isn't as good as their 15-3-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.0 runs over those games. Cypress Park's defeat dropped their record down to 4-10.

Cypress Ranch was able to grind out a solid victory over Cypress Park in their previous matchup back in March of 2024, winning 3-0. Does Cypress Ranch have another victory up their sleeve, or will Cypress Park turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
