Softball Recap: Anamosa Comes Up Short

Anamosa dropped their record down to 2-3 with the loss, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season. As for North Scott, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Anamosa didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 13-4 defeat against Jefferson on the 31st. As for North Scott, they will take on Pleasant Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Spartans will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Lancers surely won't give up without a fight.
