Basketball Recap: Cranbrook Kingswood Snaps Seven-Game Streak of Wins on the Road

Cranbrook Kingswood lost against Loyola back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Cranbrook Kingswood Cranes took a 44-38 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Loyola Bull Dogs. The match marked the Cranes' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Cranbrook Kingswood's loss ended a seven-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-6. As for Loyola, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a massive bump to their 6-7 record this season.

Cranbrook Kingswood will face off against Lutheran North at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Loyola, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 66-23 victory against Greenhills on the 25th.
