Basketball Recap: Elbert Finds Playoff Glory Versus Otis

With a playoff win on the line, Elbert rose to the challenge on Saturday. They walked away with a 53-45 victory over Otis. This was a revenge game for Elbert: when they faced off against Otis back in December of 2024, they had to take a 53-38 defeat.

Several Bulldogs players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Cambric Klinzmann, who posted eight points along with five boards and three steals. Klinzmann is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Charlie Kendrick, who put up ten points.

The win made it two in a row for Elbert and bumps their season record up to 21-7. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.0 points over those games. As for Otis, their loss dropped their record down to 22-4.

As of now, neither Elbert nor Otis have any future games scheduled.
