Nike Wiggins posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Monday. He didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out seven over four innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in four consecutive appearances.

Wiggins' effort led Lawrence Academy over Ridgecroft and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
